libdlrestrictions1 software package provides library that implements library compatibility checks for dlopen(), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdlrestrictions1
libdlrestrictions1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdlrestrictions1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdlrestrictions1 *
You will get with libdlrestrictions1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
